A refund request is submitted after ticket purchase and before the registration deadline
(February 28, 2026, 23:59).
The event is canceled or the schedule is changed (automatic refund).
The ticket cannot be used due to reasons attributable to the organizer (automatic refund).
2. Refund Period
Refunds, transfers, and course changes are permitted only for requests submitted by
February 28, 2026, 23:59.
After the registration deadline, refunds, transfers, and course changes will not be permitted.
3. Refund Procedure
Refund requests can be submitted through the official website.

Refunds will be processed after the request is reviewed and will be issued using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
